PLEASE register AND submit payment as soon as possible. Because we are doing registration ourselves, earlier makes it easier for your colleagues to process funds, assign rooms and roommates, etc.
Early registration discount ends on September 22, 2023. If you register after that day, the price increases. If the Synod does not receive your payment by October 6, you may lose the early registration discount.
Registration AND payment deadline is October 6, 2023. This is a soft deadline, but please understand it will be difficult for us to process registration in time for the event if you try to register in the last week. Please register and submit payment as soon as possible.

There are 3 options for registration: Full registration which includes lodging, meals, and programming AND Commuter registration, which includes meals and programming.

Most of us prefer single rooms, but the fact is, Lutheridge has a limited number of single rooms. Due to finanical realities in the church and world, unfortunately Lutheridge is having to to return to a system of charging more for single rooms. Please note, however, that it continues to be our policy that no one should be unable to attend Convo because of finances. If that is the case for you, please mark the scholarship help needed question to be contacted.

If you pay your own way, are you in need of scholarship help? We do not want anyone not to attend because of financial constraints and we will do what we can to provide a partial scholarship to those in need. You will be contacted if you put yes.

I understand that upon arrival I may be asked to have my temperature checked and answer questions about symptoms, and that I may be asked at times to distance from other participants, to mask, or take other precautions.  I agree that I will cheerfully follow guidelines for the safety and peace of mind of my colleagues, even if I personally feel they are not necessary. *
At this time we hope to have no restrictions. We are including this agreement as a precaution. We will follow the basic guidelines of the CDC and SC state epidemiologist at the time of the event. We will do our best to mitigate risk and provide a safe environment without being overly restrictive.

Appointment with Bishop Ginny Aebischer
Bishop Ginny may have some availability to meet with individuals during Convocation. If you would be interested in scheduling a meeting, indicate so here. When a schedule is finalized, those who indicated they want an appointment will be contacted in order of submission of registration.

Please note that you are always welcome to contact the Bishop to schedule a meeting outside of convocation.
